The vacation rental
The holiday apartment is lent its particular character by specially painted ceilings and hand laid mosaic floors. With fireplace. Small, modern living room/kitchen/diner with ceramic hob. Living and bedroom with cable TV and radio (on request an additional, 3rd room can be rented purely as a bedroom) / 2 -3 separate showers and WC. A free parking place is available directly in front of the holiday apartment. Views of the lake. 50 metres to the beach. |

The surrounding area
Villa Sarnia is integrated into a small hotel complex run with a family atmosphere. This means you can benefit from the services of the hotel (reception / information / breakfast buffet / restaurant etc.) if you so wish. San Nazzaro has the landing stage for cruises, a station, a post office, a kiosk, shopping, restaurants, bars and playgrounds. In the immediate vicinity (within a radius of approximately 30 minutes), are Locarno, Ascona, Lugano and Luino. You can also use your holiday apartment as a starting point for hike or cycle trips into the mountains. San Nazzaro has two beaches, one 50 metres from Villa Sarnia (natural beach) and one 5 minutes’ walk away (swimming baths).

Coming from Basel (Basle)/Zurich/Gotthard/ S.Bernardino: motorway exit Bellinzona Süd (Bellinzona South), follow signs for Locarno-Lago Maggiore (right); continue for approx.10 minutes, at the roundabout in Quartino, follow the signs for Gambarogno-Luino (turn off left at the Nuova Pergola Pizzeria); continue for approx.10 minutes until you reach San Nazzaro. |
