The house completed in May 2004 has a living quarter flooded with light in the first floor with sea look and fireplace, kitchen integrated and fitted out completely.
You can look forward to 2 bedrooms with sea look and balcony in the upper floor.
The equipment of the vacation house is extensive and hardly leaves wishes unfulfilled.
The vacation house 'Belvedere' is located directly at the Plauer lake lovely and quietly in the midst of the Mecklenburger lowland plain full of lakes.
The property only fourteen meters away from the bathing beach is located with the newly built, comfortable vacation house.

It has been built in purely ecological, Scandinavian wood style.

The Plauer lake is with an area of 13 sq miles the third biggest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Our vacation house "Belvedere" is located in an immediate proximity to the nature reserve "north shore Plauer sea".
By its very different day rooms this nature reserve is populated by ducks, swans, crakes, geese and other waterfowls.
Nature-lovers should include a small walk in their plans to the "Moorochse".
This is an observation tower of which large parts of the nature reserve out are open.
