The Holiday Apartment
Both recently renovated apartments are fully equipped and stylishly decorated. The organic swimming pool of approximately 60 sqm forms a natural oasis in the spacious garden. Holiday apartment “Sopra” (60 sqm) comprises a kitchen, dining / living area with a wood-burning fireplace insert, one double room, one room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace in the garden. Holiday apartment “Sotto” (30 sqm) has one bedroom, a living / dining area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace in the garden. In addition, we offer one guestroom with separate shower and toilet.

Alba is the centre of the famous viticultural area of Barolo and Barbaresco, all easily reachable within 30 minutes by car. A large number of restaurants are waiting for a discovery by you. The location is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours. Here you will experience the fun of driving from hill to hill. Perhaps you would like to shop in Alba? Or visit the ligurian coast? Or go on a day trip to impressive cities such as Turin or Genoa (one hour drive)? Or do you prefer playing golf (18 holes golf course)? Of course you can relax in our garden after a long day of action. We are happy to assist you in planning your trips and visits to wineries.

Herrliche Woche im Casa Mariana

by K. Luginsland from MüllheimBei Marlies und Roland haben wir uns von Anfang an richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben viele hilfreiche Wander und Ausflugstipps bekommen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgerüstet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gegend und Anlage ist genau richtig für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Liebe Marlies, Lieber Roland wir denken und sprechen täglich von der schönen Zeit bei euch. Das wird sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei euch gewesen sein.

Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt, die Wohnung und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und angelegt. Außerdem bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps und Hinweise zu Kultur, Kulinarischem, Weindegustationen etc.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder ins "kleine Paradies" kommen.

Ferien, Ruhe, Natur und Kultur im Piemont

by E. Vetterli from 8132 HintereggWir wurden von Marlies und Roland Utzinger herzlich empfangen und - bei Bedarf - während der ganzen Zeit toll betreut. Das Anwesen und die Gegend ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung perfekt eingerichtet und einwandfrei sauber. Für den Apéro oder ein feines Grill-Entrecôte belieferte uns Roland auf Wunsch mit feinen Weinen aus der Gegend. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Alba, Barbaresco, Barolo, ..........
Wir können den Ort nur weiter empfehlen

Un sognio - ein Traum!

by Petra Heiler from MünchenDie Eigentümer haben uns sehr herzlich in ihrem wunderschönen Haus aufgenommen. Wir waren von der Gastfreundschaft absolut begeistert. Das Casa Mariana liegt sehr idyllisch am Hang, umgeben von Weinreben und Haselnusshainen.
Die Wohnung "Sopra" ist geräumig, hell und bestens ausgestattet. Der Holzofen war täglich im Betrieb, da uns das Wetter leider etwas im Stich gelassen hat. Somit konnten wir den tollen Biopool nur von Außen betrachten. Ein guter Grund wieder zu kommen...und das werden wir!3 of 6 persons think this rating is helpful

Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber tragen mit ihrer liebenswürdigen und herzlichen Art zum wunderbaren Gelingen des Urlaubs bei. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder hierher kommen.
