The vacation rental
Casa Puccini is on the sweet hill of Montecarlo, a town famous for fine wines and olive oil. This independent villa and its dependencies are set in an estate of 2 hectares of private land. There are 9 charming, comfortable and well furnished apartments. Each apt has private garden or terrace. All supplied with good quality Tuscan style furniture, built in wall safe and satellite TV and some period pieces. 2 swimming pools, one 13 mts x 6 mts and a smaller 7 mts x 3 mts with jacuzzi, with sun-beds and shower in a green and peaceful corner. |

The surrounding area
Montecarlo is an ancient fortified town, famous for wine, only 4 km. from the motorway (A11) exit of Alropascio. Casa Puccini is only 2 km. from the center of Montecarlo, 10 minutes from Montecatini Terme (golfing, baths) and 30 minutes from Florence-50 Km by Motorway. The old walled city of Lucca is only 15 Km away. Very near special restaurants and wine cellars. The property is organized for a silent and peacefull holyday. Environment is particularly respected by the property.
