The Holiday Apartment

2700 square metre plot on southern slope. The secluded holiday apartment, 125 square metres in size, is reached from the access road via a stone stairway with 5 steps.
It is bright and welcoming and furnished in country style.
In summer, the particular building biology (half-timbered clay plaster) ensures a pleasant indoor climate, a large tiled stove being available in winter as well as the central heating. Although there are 2 tenants in the house, your apartment does not have any direct neighbours.

Location and surroundings

Two thermal baths in direct proximity: Even in the winter you can swim in the free. Heldburg is appropriate in more direct sews from Coburg (25 km), Bamberg (56 km) and Nuernberg (90 km) where you can stroll beautifully and go shopping.

The calm situation over Heldburg loads to beautiful walks and in the winter you can upper Oberhof (approx. 30 min with the car) to winter sports. All purchase possibilities can be attained in 5 min. to foot.

   Mit dem Eintritt in die Ferienwohnung wussten wir, hier haben wir eine Oase des Wohlergehens gefunden.
   
   Alle Zimmer strahlen, Dank den glücklichen Händen der Eigentümerinnen, einen ganz besonderen Charme aus. Mit Blick für Eleganz, Stil und Liebe zum Detail haben sie eine einzigartige Atmosphäre geschaffen.
   
   Ihre Gasfreundlichkeit und Herzenswärme lädt zum Verweilen ein und flugs bewegt man sich mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit in diesem wunderbar renovierten Haus.
   
   Es ist schön, Menschen zu kennen, die mit Respekt und Zuneigung diesem Kleinod Leben eingehaucht haben - vielen lieben Dank dafür!

   So großzügig geschnitten haben wir noch niemals eine Ferienwohnung vorgefunden.Alles "wie zuhause" vorhanden!
