The Holiday Apartment
The well-lit apartment occupies the top two floors of a modern apartment block.
On the lower floor of the apartment are the entrance hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor is a bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has built-in cupboards and workspace with cooker, sink, extraction unit, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, wash basin and WC.
Sleeping accommodation is for four people. Cable television and stereo music centre are available in this tastefully furnished apartment. Bed linen and towels are ready for your arrival. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
Special features
A cash deposit against breakages, amounting to EUR 150.00, is required at commencement of stay, and is refundable on departure barring breakages.

Wohlfühlen in Hamburg

by Karl-Heinz Wilhelm from IngersheimDie Wohnung ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt. Unten Wohnbereich mit Küche und Dusche, oben der großzügige Schlafbereich. Alles ist durch großflächige Fenster tageslichtdurchflutet. Austattung und Zustand der Wohnung lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Durch die exponierte Lage innerhalb des Gebäudes ist von den anderen Wohneinheiten keinerlei akustische Beeinträchtigung zu verspüren.
Die Nähe der Bushaltestelle (4 Minuten) und des Personenverkehrs- knotens Barmbek/Bahnhof lassen jeden Teil Hamburgs schnell und bequem erreichbar. Dies und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind willkommene Pluspunkte!1 of 3 persons think this rating is helpful

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in schöner Lage

by Dennis Hagemeier from 32257 BündeSchnuckelige Zwei-Etagenwohnung mit allem nötigen Zubehör ausgerichtet. Viel natürliches Licht (große Fensterfront mit zwei extra coolen Fenstern^^) und noch dazu eine freundliche Vermieterin. Zusätzlich nur wenige Minuten bis zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle und mit der in kurzer Zeit überall, wo man sein will.
