Svetnincenat is a small town halfway between Pazin and Vodnjan where you can admire many historic monuments.

   We shared two wonderful weeks in this stunning place: The owners decorated the place with so much love and thoughts, the place offers a wealth of things to do and is brilliantly located if you want to discover what Istria has to offer - what else can you want?
   
   The fireplace makes for romantic evenings outside, the pool is heated so you can swim whenever you want, the whirlpool and the sauna is luxurious and the rest is top notch anyway. We are not exaggerating, just in case! Three weeks after returning home, we still talk about it and would love to be there again.
   
   Another thing that makes the stay more than just worth it (and maybe the most important thing): The owners care about your well-being with so much honest enthusiasm, that you just feel as if you were their best guests ever.

   Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier in Gradisce in der Villa Murva und genossen – mit unsern Hunden – die Ruhe auf dem Land und das schöne, luxuriös eingerichtete Haus mit seinem abgeschlossenen grossen Garten und dem neuen Swimming Pool. Am meisten aber schätzten wir die Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft, die Professionalität, das Engagement und die Freundlichkeit von Silvana und Ivan Cvek, die das Haus dieses Jahr von Mira und Viljam Cvek übernommen und neuen jugendlichen Schwung hinein gebracht haben und die uns betreuten als wären wir VIPs. Herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir können Villa Murva und seine Gastgeber nur jedem und jeder empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen.

3. Wonderful moments in Croatia for Christmas...

   Thank you to the owners for the entire organization on our Christmas vacation.
   Eight friends (4 couples), we spent 10 days in this beautiful villa during Christmas. The owners have organized our dinner in one beautiful hotel in Rovinj for Christmas and they helped us with informations to visit the most beautiful part of Istria.
   At home everything was perfectly clean and neat. Details in the house reminded us on museum ... One of our friends is an archaeologist and was really exited from all the details whom you can see in the entire villa.
   We really enjoyed with all 10 days in this house and we want to recommend to any group of friends to visit this beautiful villa and to visit Istria.
