The house has app. 220 mē with 4 double bedrooms (the placement of max. 2 additional cots is possible), 4 bathrooms, a combined living and dining room with a fireplace and a complete equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms with a bath is situated in an extension. The 5 m x 10 m seized pool is surrounded by a terrace of app. 200 mē.
The terrace is partly roofed, has several snuggery lounges and a large barbecue.
The house is surrounded by a cultivated garden, the hole site is of about 3.500 mē. |

The house is app. 700 m away from the next beach called Cala Vadella has a nice view over the sea and the uninhabitated island Es Vedra. More beaches and coves (Cala Carbo, Cala D'Hort and Cala Moli) may be reached by feet or car within a few minutes.
