The Holiday House
The house has app. 220 m² with 4 double bedrooms (the placement of max. 2 additional cots is possible), 4 bathrooms, a combined living and dining room with a fireplace and a complete equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms with a bath is situated in an extension. The 5 m x 10 m seized pool is surrounded by a terrace of app. 200 m².
The terrace is partly roofed, has several snuggery lounges and a large barbecue.
The house is surrounded by a cultivated garden, the hole site is of about 3.500 m².
Special features
The German carer is speaking Spanish and English. At the date of departure the house has to be cleared until 10:00 a.m. and is not ready for move in before 16:00 p.m.

The house is app. 700 m away from the next beach called Cala Vadella has a nice view over the sea and the uninhabitated island Es Vedra. More beaches and coves (Cala Carbo, Cala D'Hort and Cala Moli) may be reached by feet or car within a few minutes.

by Ralf Embach from MutterstadtPreis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung ist mittel, die Sauberkeit und vor Ort Betreuung absolt in Ordnung. Die Lage ebenfalls o.k, Ausblick auf das Meer einfach herrlich. Die Küche ist allerdings wirklich nicht mehr up to date und ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, entspricht Baujahr 1960. Die Liegen und die Auflagen in der Chill-Ecke gehören ausgetauscht.

by Katrin from Bückeburgwenn nicht die ollen Zikaden wären. Aber das liegt sicher im Auge des Betrachters. Ansonsten entsprach das Haus komplett unseren Erwartungen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!!

by Claudia Plantholt from GrevenbroichEs war ein super Urlaub!!! Das Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Drei Schlafräume je mit Bad befinden sich im Haupthaus, ein Schlafraum mit Bad im Anbau. Der Außenbereich bietet diverse gemütliche Sitzecken die zum verweilen einladen. Ein Mietwagen ist meiner Meinung nach erforderlich. Es ist empfehlenswert diesen vorzubestellen.
