The Villa

The Villa Paradisos 2 boasts 120m² floor space on two levels and is available for up to 6 persons. It has been finished in June 2009 in traditional Cretan style.

You reach the entrance through a beautiful stone veranda with pool, which immediately leads you into the bright and open living- kitchen with a large dining table, an oven and hob, cooker hood and a large fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens up to the living room with an open fire place and Sat-TV.

Furthermore, someone will find on the ground floor a guest toilet and washing machine. The first bedroom with wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables and a large mirror are on the same level.

The stairs lead to the other two bedrooms with double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe

Mr Pachakis, the builder and owner of Villa Paradisos, is an artist who collects luxury articles, high-quality furniture and beautiful pictures which he has painted himself. His art is both functional and decorative and examples can be seen throughout the house. Villa Pachakis impresses with the love for detail which is evident everywhere. The house has been finished with great attention to detail and comprise: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning unit for both heating and cooling the house, washing machine, beds for babies and infants, children’s high chair, stereo systems, mosquito nets, bed linen, hair dryer, kitchen towels as well as hand- and bath towels.

Location and surroundings

Pitsidia is located only about 2 km bevor the famous place Matala, a romantic, calm but not overslept plac. To the local centre there are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot, you do not absolutely need a car.

You find here, minimarkets, a baker's shop, very delicious traditional restaurants, traders Flying , souvenirshop, the horse-farm Melanouri and one car and motorcycle-rental office.

The one wonderful, calm, undeveloped, miles long, refined- and is coarse-grained sandy beach Komo is reached by foot, in about 20 minutes. It load for sunning, swim, snorkels and many further activities. You find restful natural shadow-places at some beach sections through Tamarisken (Trees) and friends of the free physical culture can enjoy their penchant at a section of the Komos-Beach. Through his incredible length of approx. 7 km, the beach is never overcrowded. Impressivenot only the beach, but before all is also its clear water. For runners, cyclists, riders and hikers the nature offers unobstructed country lanes and streets in the environment, for example the ways to Sivas, Listaros or Matala. In addition it rewards, excursions to the excavation places as for example of Gortis, Agia Triada or Phaistos.

From Pitsidia many places as Matala, Moires, Phaistos or also Agia Gallini can be reached by the public service bus .
