The Holiday Apartments

There are 3 spacious, new holiday homes (80-120m2) on 2 floors with 2-3 double master bedrooms (each bedroom has its bathroom) for up to 6 persons. The apartments are furnished with luxurious kitchens with all the appliances you may wish (e.g. espresso coffee machine). For your leisure you can enjoy the sun protected garden sitting place (gazebo/veranda) and the pool (5x10m). Under roof outdoor Barbecue place and pizza furnace.

Location and surroundings

The Casa Irene lies on smooth hills, covered with wineyards, 2km outside the small rural town Nizza Monferrato, in the middle of the famous Barbera Wine region. In the vicinity are the wellknown cities of Asti, Alessandria, Alba (white truffels) and Acqui Terme with its hot sulphur fountains (baths). Torino, the regional capital is worthwile a journey (Filmmuseum). The region is also full of marvelous archtitecture from the middle ages and the baroque era.

   Es war ein unvergeßlicher Urlaub. Wir haben uns auf schon beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung wohl und heimisch gefühlt.
   
   Es ist alles da was man sich wünscht (außer -kleiner Wermuthstropfen- die Waschmaschine).
   
   Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa Irene, sowie die Ausflüge ins Piemont und an die Küste sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu sehen. Wäre sicher auch zu einer anderen Jahreszeit noch mal interessant.

   Wir haben zwei Wochen Entspannung pur in einer sehr schönen, mit Traumblick ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht und kommen sicher mal wieder.
   Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, die ruhige Lage, die Unaufgeregtheit der Menschen lassen einen individuellen und erholsamen Urlaub zu.

   Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Ihrem super ausgebauten Haus. Sie haben sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein grosses Kompliment.
   
   Wir konnten jeden Tage wunderschöne Ausflüge machen, ob Asti, Alba oder auch ans Meer.
   Sobald Sie Ihr Plan für 07 erstellt haben würden wir uns gerne wieder eintragen.

   Liebe Irene Dörig, liebe Leser dieser Seite,
   
   eine wundervolle Woche in einer tollen neurenovierten "casa" mit traumhaftem Blick auf das piemontesiche Wein-/Hügelland liegt hinter uns - es war tutto perfetto ! Schöne Einrichtung, genügend Platz für uns 4 Erwachsene, großzügiger Außenbereich, angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre - es hat alles gepasst ! ...sogar einen abschließbaren Keller bekamen wir für unsere Rennräder...! :-))
   
   Man kann das Haus nur wirklich weiterempfehlen !
   
   ..und die wunderschöne Gegend tut ein übriges dazu - wer Rennrad oder Bike abseits der Hauptstraßen fährt (gute Karte im Vorfeld erforderlich !) kann nette Bergdörfer mit herrlichen Ausblicken genießen - ...und fast überall gibt es eine "Bar"mit einem Capuccino für max. 1 € !
   
   In der nahe gelegenen Kleinstadt Nizza Monferrato gibt es eine gute Pizzeria und eine große "cantina" (Weinhandlung) mit Barbera, Dolcetto usw. usw. ! Auch ein Ausflug nach Turin speziell in die wunderschöne Altstadt lohnt sich - perfekter Blick von der "Mole", dem Wahrzeichen Turin´s.
   
   Also: Auf in´s Piemont !
   
   Vielleicht auf ein Wiedersehen...
