The Villa
Villa Moira is built in on two levels, the ground floor and above that three separate towers.
The drawing room has comfortable sofas. The adjoining dining room seats 14.
The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and three double bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms.
Above the master bedroom on the ground floor there is a tower with a second master bedroom with ensuite. The other two towers also have a double bedroom with ensuite.
At one side of this villa there is a small annex for a nanny. It comprises a bedroom with bathroom.
Next to Villa Moira there is an annex for 6 persons (not always available) that can be rented in combination with the villa.

Location and surroundings
The drawing room of the villa opens onto the large, partly covered terrace. The eight-shaped salt water swimming pool with jacuzzi area is incorporated in the terrace. The pool can be heated.
There is a private tennis court.There is ample parking space. The delightful garden has lots of palm trees and a large lawn, ideal for children (there is a swing).
This luxury holiday villa rental is located approx. 1,5 km. from Carvoeiro (Algarve), only 1000 mtr. from the beach. It is only a 3 min. drive to the centre of Carvoeiro and 45 min. to Faro airport. Three golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Beach at walking distance, but also accessible by car.
