The Holiday Apartment
Rental villa Atlantico Cliff 8 comprises two floors and a rooftop terrace.
The entrance hall leads into the lounge, the dining room and the kitchen. The lounge has two comfortable lounge suites The spacious dining room has a large round table and seats 8. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
This rental villa has 4 double bedrooms on the lower floor. Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the terrace and garden.There is a small room with two bunk beds only for teenagers, so the accommodation could sleep 10 (extra charge).
Both floors command stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Minimum rental period: 2 weeks.Changeover day: Saturday.

Location and surroundings
The resort is situated at the end of a dead-end street and has a lot of facilities, such as two tennis courts, mini golf, a children's playground and a communal swimming pool for children (the villa has its own private pool).
The lounge and dining room of the villa open onto a partly covered terrace with BBQ.
The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden and a heated swimming pool (9 x 4 mtr.) . The pool is situated in a lower part of the garden and is surrounded by a small wall for maximum privacy. There is ample parking space.
This rental villa is located in Carvoeiro, Algarve, approx. 4 km. from Carvoeiro centre, close to the beach. It is a 45 min. to Faro airport. Three golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Beach at walking distance.
