The Holiday House
Welcome to our separate brick garden-house, ground and top floors, with 500 m² garden in a very quiet location.
You can expect a floor space of 56 square meters, modern furniture, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker and tile, cork and carpet flooring.
In addition, there is a modern shower room, white, bidet, a Danish wood fireplace, cable TV, internet flatrate inclusive, radio, record player, tape deck and DVD player.
Division of the house: a living room with sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory with solid garden furniture (table, 4 wooden chairs, 2 stools, garden bed), gas central heating, bike or tandem, games and books.
Special features
Upon request, we can provide support in different languages, including English, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian (city tour, shopping, cultural events, doctor visits, etc.).
A washing machine is available in the laundry room as well as bed linen, towels, parking in front of the house, garden and conservatory.

Location and surroundings
In a quiet residential street in the north-east of Hamburg - only 5 minutes walking distance to shopping area, 15 minutes walk to Volksdorf, where a wonderful farmer's market takes place twice a week- the house is located on a separate lot.
Within 30 minutes you reach downtown Hamburg and in 45 minutes the Baltic Sea.
In 4 minutes you reach the bus routes 24/275, which takes you to the S-Bahn Rahlstedt (10 minutes) and the shopping centre, the U 1 (5 minutes). By bike you can explore nature reserves. Motorway junction Stapelfeld, 15 minutes.
Walks in the woods, trips to the city centre of Hamburg or the Baltic Sea beach, whether for a short trip or Hamburg for an extended vacation - the Garden House is looking forward meeting you.
