The health resort Dersau is located at the Großer Plöner See, the biggest lake in Schleswig-Holstein, in an area called Holstein Switzerland. The distance to the Baltic Sea is only 30 km. Close-by are Plön, Bad Malente, Eutin, Kiel and Lübeck.
Dersau is the perfect place to recreate, hike, cycle, for water sports. The golf course Gut Waldshagen is only 15 km away and provides an 18-hole championship course and a public 6-hole course.
