The Holiday Apartment

Welcome to your sunny 97-square-foot apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an ocupied only six parties townhouse. The exclusively furnished apartment is on two levels.

The lower level contains the kitchen, the bathroom and living room with balcony. By a spiral staircase in the living room, you reach the upper level. There are two bedroom with one office. Each room offers a wonderful view.

In the immediate vicinity is a biotope. Upon request, you will get a surf stick for mobile Internet access. A short distance are shops, cafes and restaurants (provide best value in the film studio canteen Hamburg). From the nearby railway station Hamburg-Tonndorf, you go in just 12 minutes into the city center.

Public transport by bus and train Tonndorf. Close by there is a natural swimming pool.

The biotope invites you to walk and observe birds. For nature lovers this environment is a little paradise.

   Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sauber und gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Großen und ganzen kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

   "Alles hat super zuverlässig geklappt. Lage, Ausstattung und Beschreibung stimmen 100%ig. Die Verbindung in die City ist mit der Regionalbahn auch schnell und bequem. Wir haben die Tage in HH auch wegen der angenehmen und komfortablen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Tipp, den Weg zum Bhf Tonndorf doch mit dem Auto zurück zu legen, war auch gut – wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, ist man froh, schnell "zuhause" zu sein."

   Ideal for exploring Hamburg. Flat is spacious and well presented, has all the facilities you would need.
   
   It is about 5 minutes walk from the station and the train is very quick at getting you to the centre of Hamburg.
   
   One point to be aware of is that the spiral staircase would not be suitable for small children.
   
   Owner was very friendly and helpful.

   Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, nahe der U-Bahn oder S-Bahn.
   Innen ist alles da, was man braucht - die Küche super ausgestattet. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!
   Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit!
   Bis bald mal wieder!

   Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war super sauber! Auch für uns gab es den Obstkorb. Wirklich sehr nette Gastgeber. Leider ging für uns aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, dass das eine Schlafzimmer direkt über die Wendeltreppe erreicht wird. ( keine Tür/ kein Flur ) Nach ein 2-3 Tagen hatten wir uns jedoch daran gewöhnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
