The Guesthouse
Located in the centre of Findorff in a charming side street, you will find this nice refurbished house with a Bauhaus style front one can rarely find in Bremen.
This avant-garde house with the classical Modern Age style of the twenties was built in 1926 and its front has survived the war without any damages.
The house is separated into three apartment units, whereas there are only minor differences in size and furnishing. Two units have their own balcony, one has a large terrace.
The lovingly furnished holiday apartment "New York" (rated with 5 stars by the German Tourist Board) is suited for 2 guests (max. 3 persons for short-term stays) and has a size of 48 sqm. No children! (There are still some workings on this object!)

Idea: we want to run our "Chillhome" as a small hotel with an absolutely private atmosphere! If you need us, we are just a call away! We will try to accomplish your desires!

Location and surroundings
Our "Chillhome" is located in the heart of Bremen, more precisely in Findorff, the so-called Soho (art district of Manhattan, NY) of the Hanseatic citizens. This is why Findorff contrast strongly with other city districts, as it is not only its location that makes this area so special.
A special highlight is the weekly market in Findorff that reminds you of the charming Mediterranean markets in Spain. Localities, restaurants and rustic (corner) bars are "just around the corner".
You can easily explore the Blockland area by bike to see the wonderful nature reserve that provides several inns to have a drink or meal.

We are planning great events starting from summer 2012 such as old-timer and bicycle tours for sophisticated contemporaries.
Unfortunately, our Chillhome is not suited for children and only accommodates adults.

Arrival
As the apartments are located in a residential area it is possible to find a parking nearby. You can contact us in time, so we will arrange it for you.
You reach us best via the Autobahn A 27 (exit Überseestadt) and the A 1 (exit Zentrum).
The public transport connection is excellent as the main station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).
The City Airport is easily accessible in 8 to 10 minutes if you take the tram or a taxi (approx. 11 €).

Sehr gute Lage, alles in greifbarer Nähe, ruhig, tolle Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Für Kurz-,als auch Langzeiturlauber sehr empfehlenswert und geeignet für jede Altersgruppe (Achtung-gewendeltes Treppenhaus). Alles aber bestens-weiter so
