The Holiday Apartment
The holiday apartment is on the 7th floor, just 2 minutes from the port (arrivals from Italy) and 1 km from the centre of the town.
There is a bedroom (16 sqm) with a semi-double bed, tv, a/c, heating, a kitchen (11 sqm) with a sofa-bed and a folding-bed, all the neccesary eqiupment for cooking, kettle, coffee-pot, toaster, washing-maschine, electric iron, iron-board etc.
The bathroom is small with shower. There are white linen, towels and blankets.

At your arrival you will find shampoo, shower-gel, toilet paper, slippers, detergents for the washing-maschine, for the plates.

Small but cozy, with great views

by V. Bondura from AthensI visited Patras with friends for Carnival. This apartment was ideal for us because it was close to the centre without being right in it, so it gave us a break from all the noise and crowds. It was also nice to be able to have home cooked meals, and the kitchen facilities are adequate for basic meal preparation. We felt the apartment comfortably slept 4 people. The one thing that really makes this apartment amazing, however, is the balcony! There is a HUGE balcony with panoramic views of the city, the mountains, and the sea. We would have lived out on that balcony if we could have! Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodation and Eugenia was a very friendly landlord.
