The Villa
Beautiful garden and panoramic views!
Large kitchen with dining table for 6 to 8 people, living room and a covered outdoor terrace with dining table as well.
The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen eqipment including microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, gas cooker and electric oven.
There are 4 sleeping bedrooms, three of them with private bathroom, an outdoor terrace, large gym and a roof terrace.
All the house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.
Bed linen, table linen, towels, bath towels and beach towels are abundant. Once a week the house will be cleaned and the linen changed. Washing machine and ironing equipment are available.

Location and surroundings
The villa is located in a residential area, 3 minutes of the motorway, for vehicular access to the rest of the Island.
The highway is above the house, so that in the house we do not hear any street noise.
From the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view over Funchal bay and admire the arriving and departing of large cruise ships.
The house is located near the Old Town of Funchal (1.5 km downhill). There are some of the best restaurants with various local and international menus.
From the Old Town you also can take the cable car to the beautiful gardens of Jardim Botânico and Monte. The famous fish, fruit and flower market (Mercado dos Lavradores) is also just off the Old Town.
