The Holiday Apartment
The holiday home is in fact a townhouse and part of a residential complex. It is located in the pedestrian zone only a few metres away of the century old city wall.
With its wooden floors and doors the rooms appear bright and friendly also on rainy days. Its rooms are distributed over three floors and thereby offer privacy and possibilities of retreat for the individual family or group members. The furnishing is simple and functional and the sleeping arrangements can be adjusted and changed according to needs and wishes.
The home is also very suitable for families with small children as it has a sandpit in the common garden of the residential complex. A cot and high chair can be made available.
Special features
The holiday home is very suitable for people who want to relax and explore the area independently from weather conditions. Also on rainy or winter days with unsufficient snow for winter sports a number of activities are possible.

Location and surroundings
Deggendorf is a cosy little lower bavarian town. It offers a wide range of cultural events as well as shops, restaurants, beer gardens and cafes. A Christmas Market is held around Christmas time in the little streets around the holiday home.
Deggendorf is the 'gateway to the Bavarian forest' and offers a range of excursions, such as glas blowing factories and old castles. The next ski- and hiking area is only a 15 minutes drive away.
Deggendorf is located at the bike trail to Vienna and Budapest. The Danube river offers walkers and bikers many destinations (such as the monasteries Metten and Niederaltaich) as well as natural floodplains. Passau, Regensburg and also the Czech Republic can be easily reached by car or train.
