The Farmhouse
The holyday house has on the ground floor a double room and a single room, both with private large bathroom, external entrance and fine old furniture.
The ancient house has been restored by using original stones and woods, the old architecture is untouched.
A kitchen with electric cookers, refrigerator, freezer and microwave oven can be used.

The holyday house is located at the centre of farm, 350,000 s.m. size and 600 m altitude, in the hills among Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi.
It is surrounded by native grasses, woods and an olive grove with very old olive tree. You can enjoy the view of Appennino's mounts, the country life, the art's towns of Umbria as well as the clean air and the cool breeze in the evening.

by R. W. from WürzburgWir haben uns in dem hübsch renovierten alten Bauernhaus in der herrlichen Umgebung der umbrischen Hügellandschaft sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Ruhe ist traumhaft. Giovanni ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, es empfiehlt sich Halbpension zu buchen, viele der köstlichen Speisen sind hausgemacht.
Wir werden bald wieder hinfahren!
