The vacation rental
The Villa built late 19th century is still owned by the Marquis of Rozzano. It has undergone renovations but kept its homely atmosphere. The villa is often used for weddings or other celebrations.
Can you think of anything better than entertaining your family or friends for a couple of days in such an enchanting envirement?
The house is situated in a landscaped garden with romantic footpaths, surprising watercascades, a rose garden and playground for children, tennis court.
On the ground floor are the entrance hall with grand wooden staicase, living-dining rooms, TV room, cosy fireplace corner, kitchen, extra WC's, on the upper floors 8 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, terraces, veranda etc. |

The surrounding area
Lake Como is 50 km long and has two branches with in the middle Bellagio. Rezzonico is on the north-west coast at 35 km from Como-town. The lake is surrounded by high mountains good for hiking or a leisurely walk through forests and villages. In winter the mountains are snow-capped, but the climate also in winter is splendid as the lake is protected from the northerly cold winds by the alps. Springtime, summer and autumn are lovely. July the hottest month is still pleasant as a breeze freshes up the afternoons and evening.
Rezzonico is a small village with a long bay and secluded beaches. A paradise for surfers, sailers. At walking distance a few restaurants, supermarket, extensive shopping and evening entertainment in Menaggio ( 5km).
