The Holiday House
Our holiday home is located in Quartier Haut below the old castle on the northern slope of the Pic St. Loup. The absolutely quiet town is nestled around a small square with a 12th century church, and is surrounded by intense smelling Garrigue and wineries. A roomy living room and kitchen, partially with a roman floor, a mezzanine and a terrace with a magnificent view on the cevenne panorama are on the ground floor. Downstairs are three bed rooms with thick walls which garantee a good sleep. In the garden under the nut tree there is a mosaic table - 8 persons- palm and olive trees.

Location and surroundings
Mas de Londres, Quartier Haut, is a historically protected area. It consists of the Presbyterium, the Remparts of the former castle and a few houses. The Pic St. Loup heights allow a fantastic panorama view** from the terrace of our house. Towards the south the city of Montpellier can be reached within minutes due to excellent routes and towards the north the heights of the Cevennes (Mt. Aigoual 1567 m) taking brath taking small or bigger more comfortably driven passes within a 1h drive.

by Michael Rauch from A- 6830 RAnkweilIn diesem wunderschönen Haus mit wunderbarer Umgebung lässt es sich leben wie "Gott in Frankreich". Die Informationen des Gastgebers - v.a. über dieverse Restaurants! - sind umfangreich und sehr hilfreich. Die bestens ausgestattete Küche erlaubt die Kreatio von manch kulinarischem Höhenflug. Die Umgebung bietet ideale Kletter -, Kanu- und Wandermöglichkeiten und Montpellier ist auch nicht weit. Ein absolutes Highlight: Auf der westseitig gelegenen Terrasse bei Austern und Weisswein den Tag ausklingen lassen.

by ludwig heilmeyer from bochumHallo Herr Heilmeyer, leider geht auch der schönste Urlaub zu Ende. Nach 12 Stunden Heimreise sind wir wieder gut in Innsbruck angekommen. Wir wurden gleich von verschneiten Bergspitzen und kühlen 14° empfangen. Der Wunsch zurück zu fahren, war dem entsprechend groß. Aber auch sonst ist uns der Abschied sehr schwer gefallen. Ihr Haus ist ein wahres Juwel und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Irgendwo in unseren Köpfen sitzt auch der Gedanke wieder mal dorthin zu fahren. Wenn dieser Gedanke konkrete Formen annimmt erlauben wir uns Sie zu kontaktieren. Einstweilen noch mal schönen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Innsbruck, Familie Micheli und Familie Palfinger 3.8.2005.
