The Holiday Apartment
Spend your holiday directly at our wonderful beach. The holiday apartment is on our waterfront lot, a few steps from the beach.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The apartment is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans and cable TV.
Living/Dining area - The living room has a couch, side chair, coffee table, an end table with a light, and a dining table with four chairs.
Kitchen - Has a full size stove with an oven, full size refrigerator, and microwave. There is a large double sink, dinnerware, pots, pans, and utensils. The cable TV is on the counter separating the kitchen from the living/dining area.
Bedroom - The bedroom has a queen size bed with end tables and a bureau. There are lights on each side of the bed.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a full size shower, sink with a vanity, and a toilet.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Special features
Although we are only 5 minutes to the Gourmet Mile of The Caribbean our place is very calm and ideal for relaxing.
All our guests and visitors always emphasized the extraordinary cleanliness of our apartment and environment.

Imagine living in a fully-equipped unit just steps from the beach in Grand Case, Saint Martin, French West Indies.
Spend lazy days in our backyard gazing out at Grand Case Bay and Anguilla. Take a dip in the calm waters as required.

Arrival
From Europe for example: Air France flies daily direct flight from Paris Charles De Gaulle to SXM (Princess Juliana International Airport = Sint Maarten) at about 10:50 a.m. Paris local time or KLM from Amsterdam.
From Germany for example by early morning flight to Paris Charles De Gaulle (Paris local time), from there directly to Sint Maarten SXM. In the afternoon local time you will already arrive here in paradise and enjoy.
This is really easy and enjoyable: Departure in the morning and in the afternoon afternoonmyou will arrive in Saint Martin / Sint Maarten - without an overnight stay.
You can also fly via Amsterdam with KLM jumbo straight here.
From United States and Canada lots of direct flights are available too.
A small national airport for flights from and to other islands as for example La Gouadeloupe and La Martinique is near by.
