The Holiday House
140 sqm. new built villa, ideal for big families or even 2 families. It is modern inside with fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, TV, hi fi stereo, bathroom with big bath tub and 1 WC.
It is built in 2 floors. Upstairs is the main door and a big garage which leads directly to the living room with the kitchen and a WC. There is a big corner sofa and the TV ,a modern fireplace , big table for 8 people and big balcony doors with panoramic view.
Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms. 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bigger with 2 bunk beds for 4 persons and also the spacy bathroom. A big veranda with nature stones with a big table and benches 1 small bbq available.
The swimming pool is 1,70m and 40 sqm and is attached to the house.
Special features
Kamilari is a beautiful picturesque ,traditional village situated on a hill with panoramic view in the Messara valley. It s blessed with sunny weather all year around and excellent clima. The nature is still unspoiled and in general is an easy going place.

The sandy unspoiled beaches around of Kalamaki (1,5), Komo (3)and Matala(5) are in a short distance. The village has 4 restaurants with delicious cretan food and one pizzeria, 2 mini markets, 4 cafes and 2 boutiques with hand made goods. There is also a small playground in the plaza.
There are two important archeological sites in walking distance, Festos 2 km and Matala caves 5 km. In Matala there are several night bars from May-November. The area is ideal for walking, swimming and mountain hike. Most people who visit the village come back.
