There is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Central heating. The spacious terrace with dining table and deck chairs. From the terrace you enjoy a beautiful view over Lake Como and mountains. The nearest villages on the lake side are Dongo and Gravedona, it is less than 5 minutes s by car, and a very good footpath takes you in 20 minutes down to the lake. A good narrow road winds through the forests and meadows and after about 3 km you reach in the mountains .
House	The surrounding area STAZZONA is a charming little village on Lake Como at 50 km from town Como on the north-west shore. Stazzona village has all you require for your daily shopping needs, for extensive shopping and “night life “you depend on Dongo ( 3 km) or Menaggio ( 18 km). Dongo has a long-sandy-gravel beach with pleasure harbor. This is a place for a quiet holiday, for those who like walking and hiking, the hills and mountains are full of hiking tracks, . the surrounding hills and the mountains invite to walk and you discover small chapels and churches on forgotten spots, the high mountains all around have lots of tracks for hiking. the high Alps are near enough for a day trip or excursion.
Corner kitcken	Activities Casa Gabri is on Lake Como in the region of Lombardy, near the Swiss border and north of Milan. The lake is one of the most beautiful Italian Lakes. It is situated in a basin surrounded by mountains, and offers quite a varied landscape, with colourful scenery and surroundings all year round. Menaggio is a lovely little town with narrow streets, good shops, restaurants etc. The weekly market is a "must have" (been therr). On higher grounds overlooking Menaggio and the lake is the oldest golf course of Italy . Bellagio ( Villa Melzi), Tremezzo ( villa Carlotta) , Lugano, Como-town 50 km, Milan 90 km. and wonderful mountains in the nearby Swiss alps .
