The Holiday Apartment
The vacation apartment is a duplex with the following structure:
- First floor (115 m²):
Living room with a separate dinning area with a square wood dinning table with 4 to 8 chairs. Separate kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, vitroceramica, oven, dishwasher and an independent area with washing and drier machine.
Near the hall is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed (1,50 x 2,00 m) with his own complete bathroom.
- Second floor (62 m²):
It is a bedroom with a double bed pushed together (1,60 x 2,00 m), each one with individual electric remote control, dressing room, work area and a huge bathroom.
Each room has independent air conditioning. Pieces of furniture and household are highest quality.
Special features
The vacation apartment is located in the city centre of Seville, next to the monumental area and close to the shopping area too, but at the same time is near the river and the city parks, like Jardines del Cristina and parque de Mª Luisa.
The apartment equipment is first quality, as well as the appliances.

Location and surroundings
Seville is the most populated and important city in Andalucia as well as the capital of the regional government. Due to its importance since the Middle Ages there are many an important monuments and museums.
This is the case of the cathedral, the biggest in Europe; the Royal palace (Alcázar de Sevilla); or the Giralda tower in the cathedral one of the nicest remains of al-Andalus art.
Around Seville are many places to visit: is the case of Carmona (25 km), Écija (80 km), Jerez de la Frontera (75 km), Arcos de la Frontera (80 km), Córdoba (120 km), Cádiz (130 km), and many more. The Guadalquivir valley is a very rich area very populated since Antiquity, so there are many places to visit around it.
The apartment is in the city center, 300 m away from the cathedral and the barrio de Santa Cruz (the late medieval Jewish quarter). It is an elegant and distinguished quarter in the city, next to many official building and monuments.
But at the same time near the Guadalquivir river (50 m away) and the city shopping center (150 m).
