We welcome you to Bremen!

The non-smoking holiday flat was completely renovated in 2011. It is ideally suited for your holiday, business or city trip to Bremen.

There is a south-west facing balcony with a lovely view to the picturesque Wallanlagen where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave/oven) and a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people.

A flat screen TV, DVD, coffee machine, hair dryer and washing machine are available. If you're not in the mood to prepare breakfast or dinner: there is a nearby bakery or you can choose one from the numerous restaurants e.g. at the Schlachte (only 5 minutes from the apartment).

Your holiday apartment is in a wonderful location in the beautiful park Wallanlagen, Contrescarpe 117 in 28195 Bremen.

The railway station and exhibition centre are easy to reach on foot or by tram with line 1. In your neighbourhood, you will find the Schlachte, the "longest bar" in Bremen with a promenade and many restaurants, the Weser river and the Bürgerpark that all provide numerous leisure activities.

The city centre with its sights (market square with Roland statue, Schnoor district, Böttcherstraße) is only 5 minutes away. Other facilities, such as theatres, the Übersee and Focke museums, art gallery, football stadium, landing stage for harbour boat trips are nearby, too.

By train to Bremen Hauptbahnhof (main station):
take tram no. 1 (towards Huchting) - 1 stop to "Am Wall)
There is a path across the park (on the right, direction of travel) that leads directly to Contrescarpe 117.

By plane to Bremen:

Take tram no. 6 to the stop Hauptbahnhof. Continue with line no. 1 (towards Huchting) and get off the next stop "Am Wall".

By car:
Navigation: Ansgaritorsteinweg respectively Am Wandrahm
motorway A1 towards Bremen
There is no direct access to Contrescarpe 117. Access to Ansgaritorsteinweg. There is a car park nearby.

   Sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man so braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit tollem Ausblick. Ein Lift erspart mühseliges Treppensteigen mit Gepäck, superzentrale Lage mit viel Natur.
   
   Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin,
   Falls wir nochmal eine Unterkunft in Bremen brauchen, ist diese Wohnung unsere erste Adresse.
   Sehr empfehlenswert! Top!

   Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, frühe An- und späte Abreise wurden möglich gemacht (Vielen Dank!). Alles war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns in der schönen und hellen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt -mitten in der Stadt konnte man meinen, man sei in einem großen Park. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass die Straße bei offenem Fenster gut zu hören ist - aber wenn man so zentral wohnen kann, nimmt man das gerne in Kauf.
   
   Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Bett -obwohl ein Couchbett- äußerst bequem. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!
   Was uns ein bisschen gefehlt hat, war ein Internet-Zugang.
   Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

   Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen (nur wenige Min. zum Hbf und ins Stadtzentrum) und eine Nahverkehrshaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.
   Das Apartment ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Wallanlage mit Wasserflächen und vielen Bäumen ist sehr gemütlich.
   Ein Dank auch an die sehr nette Vermieterin, ihren freundlichen Empfang und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
   Ich fande es auch wunderbar, dass zwei Fahrräder vorhanden waren, die man nutzen könnte, um z.B. eine Radtour entlang der Weser zu unternehmen.

   Auch wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen:
   - Geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
   - Es ist alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung brauchen könnte (von Küchenutensilien & - Geräten bis zu Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen).
   - Grosses Panoramafenster mit tollem Blick und gemütlichem Balkon.
   - Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage, Bahnhof und Zentrum sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
   - Nicht zuletzt der freundliche und persönliche Empfang durch die Vermieterin.
   
   Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Wohnung beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Bremen wieder buchen.

   Tolle Wohnung, toller Service, tolle Stadt.
   
   Wir waren voll zufrieden und hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Zentrale Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein wirklich netter und entspannter Kontakt.
   Mit Sonne, hätten wir den Balkon sicher genossen.
   Immer wieder.
   Mit Spülmaschine wäre alles perfekt an dieser Wohnung.
