The Holiday Apartments
This light, spacious house was built in the traditional south Dalmatian style in the mid 19th century. Thick walls of natural stone keep the house pleasantly cool in summer. It was fully renovated in the summer of 2004 and is furnished with lovingly-created solid wood furniture. The house comprises two bedrooms, a large (35 m2) living/dining room with a kitchenette area, a bathroom and a south-facing terrace. There are no buildings to obstruct your view of the Adriatic, the islands of Kolocep and Lopud, and Dubrovnik. All in all, a pleasant, relaxing holiday awaits!
Why not enjoy breakfast in the garden in front of the house? Relax in the shade of a 200-year-old olive tree and watch the tiny fishing boots and yachts cruising the Adriatic.

Whether you want a relaxing beach holiday or an active one, you’ll find what you’re looking for in the traditional village of Orasac, just 12 km from the outstanding international art and cultural centre of Dubrovnik.
The area’s quiet bathing beaches lie in wonderful bays, surrounded by pine and olive groves. The crystal clear water invites one to dive, swim and fish. On the countless walking and hiking trains in the surrounding area and on the islands, you’ll find many opportunities to get to know the country – flora, fauna - and its hospitable inhabitants. The international cultural centre of Dubrovnik, is easily reached using the regular bus service or by car.

Träumen unter dem Olivenbaum

by T. Neuendorf from Königs WusterhausenWir verbrachten unsere erste Urlaubswoche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Dieses ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail von den Hausherren wieder erreichtet worden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist "unschlagbar". Auch der Individualtourist kommt auf seine Kosten und kann an einsamen Naturstränden baden. Nach täglichen Touren findet man eine wunderbare ruhige Oase unter dem alten Olivenbaum vor. Abschalten pur! Von Frau und Herr Hartmann (Vermieter) konnten wir über Land und Leute viel erfahren.
Noch zu erwähnen sind die herrlichen (beneidenswerten) Lavendel- und Rosmariensträucher, ein liebevoll gepflegtes Ambiente. Unser Votum: individuell - schön!! -
Adriablick de luxe

by D. Kätow from BerlinWir waren zu dritt und haben in der oberen Ferienwohnung einen 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Alles ist genau so wie hier beschrieben bzw. wie die Bilder im Internet. Nur live ist alles noch ein bisschen schöner!!!
Die Anreise mit einem Mietwagen vom Flughafen Dubrovnik zur Ferienwohnung dauert ca. 30 min und ist ganz einfach zu finden. Orasac ist ein herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen aller Art. Von Orasac nach Dubrovnik fährt man mit dem Auto nur ca. 15 min. In Richtung Norden nach Orebic (kurz vor Korcula) sind es ca 1 1/2 Stunden. Selbst wenn unsere Touren länger dauerten - die Fahrten inkl. der wundervollen Aussichten sind nie langweilig.
Nach unseren Ausflügen waren wir jeden Abend froh, in unsere ruhige Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Wer Action sucht ist in Orasac falsch.
Einen Grill haben wir nicht gefunden. Bei der Ausstattung (wie angegeben) mit max. 5 Personen empfanden wir, das etwas zu wenig Geschirr bzw. Gläser/Weingläser im Haus sind. Das war aber auch das einzige "Manko".
Ab der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise bestand ein netter unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. An- und Abreise/Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten problemlos.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen!!!
