The Holiday Apartment
Villa Lutea is situated in the village of Pitsidia and in the possession of an architect couple from Athens. The stone house was personally furnished with attention to detail and expert knowledge by the owners who originally hail from Pitsidia.
The 45 sqm holiday apartment is on the first floor of the building. It provides a very special atmosphere and space for up to three persons. It has a living-dining area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a roof terrace with lovely views over the village and across to the Ida Mountains.

Location and surroundings
One of Crete's finest beaches - 14 km long "Komo Beach" - is only a 20 minutes walk away. This sandy beach is protected and home of the rare Caretta-Caretta sea turtles that nests here every year. Furthermore you will find some impressive Minoan excavations directly in the dunes.
Pitsidia, one of the oldest villages in the heart of South Crete, is located about 70 km south west of Iraklio. Because of its bland climate, the unique location between Messara plain and southern coast as well as the open mindedness of its residents, it has become a real sleeper for travellers from all over the world.

by Family Görlich from 48249 DülmenAbsolut zu empfehlen -die Vermieter sind absolut nett - zurückhaltend - zuvorkommend und völlig unproblematisch - Umgebung ist sagenhaft - Whg inmitten des Dorfes trotzdem leise - super sauber/gut ausgestattet - tolle Sonnenterrasse mit tollem Ausblick (Adlerhorst) jederzeit wieder!!!
