The Villa
The Villa Coral Bayside is situated on the beautiful Hillcrest canal with two intersecting canals on either side, offering access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The solar or by electrical heat pump heated pool is 15 x 37 feet long and the terrace - protected by a screen - offers space for up to 6 people. You will also find some lounge chairs a table and chairs as well as a gas grill on the lanai.
The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 2139 sq feet living space divided into a great room, kitchen, dining room as well as three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus pool bath, office, utility room and double garage.
Furthermore there is a luxury office room with an elegant desk plus chairs. A WLAN web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year.
The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
