The Villa
This holiday home was built in 2006 and it has been lovely furnished and decorated. A completely renovation with new floors and bathrooms etc. was completed in January 2012.
It has about 180 sqm living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice outdoor space of 130 sqm including pool and HOT TUB. This object is loved by golfers due to the easy access to nearby golf courses.
We have enough furniture out here to make you feel comfortable, for example sun chairs, a table for six people and of course a grill. A big pool which can be heated by a solar system or electrical heat pump also belongs to the house.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year.
The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
