The Villa
The non-smoking Villa has about 2845 sq ft living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very entertaining outdoor space, in a tropical setting, beautiful freeform pool and Jacuzzi.
The large terrace which is covered by a screen alongside the total width of the house. The 40 by 19 feet large pool and Jacuzzi are equipped with a electric heat pump.
The furnishings and decoration of this unique waterfront retreat is very impressive. The villa is large enough to comfortably suit between two and eight people.
The exclusive 2815 sq ft living area is divided into living room, family room, dining room, as well as a large kitchen including ample countertop space with bar top. The villa has four beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year.
The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
