The Villa
This modern (custom-built 2001, remodelled and new furnished in 2008), spacious, palm-tree-surrounded, waterfront home living area under air is 2400 sq ft has three bedrooms plus office and three bathrooms.
The waterfront dock is a long 120 ft and runs the entire length of the Villa Sundance three-lot property site of 15000 sq f.
This outdoor area is always the focal point of enjoyment. The aqua-tiled Swimming Pool 34 x 16 ft & its separate Jet-Jacuzzi 80 inch are deep and spacious. The Terrace is surrounded with attractive and colorful bushes to ensure maximum privacy.
Special features
A special feature is that the pool water is salted, not chlorinated. Without the odor of chlorine, this is a much healthier & more pleasant experience. Your swim will feel totally delicious!

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located along the warm waters of the Golf of Mexico, can easily be considered as paradise. The climate is not only very nice in the winter, but also during the summer, when you can feel at ease.
On the average, Florida has 330 sunny days per year. Even during the winter, day temperatures hardly fall below 68-73 degrees F. During the summer, temperatures reach between 82.4-95 degrees F and you have a constant breeze coming from the Golf of Mexico.
Off Cape Coral, next to hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, are located Sanibel und Captiva Island, the subtropical dream islands, with their beautiful white and partly empty beaches. These can be reached by car in little time.
