The Villa
This beautiful Villa with two Master suits and an 347 sq feet Roof terrace is framed and surrounded with a tropical garden and located on a 10000 sq feet lot on large waterways.
Embellished on a grand scale situated at the pool area is combined electrical heated 35x17 feet large pool with a whirlpool. Here you can spend your “happy hour” with champagne and indulge in a juicy steak prepared from the grill or just relax and take in the warm soothing radiance of the Florida sun.
The exceptionally large pool area has approximately 1600 sq feet and the design of the house is estimated to be 3309 sq feet under air with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious living and dining area as well as a typical American kitchen, adequate space for 10 persons.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year.
The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
