The Villa
With 220 sqm living space the air-conditioned villa offers enough space for eight persons. The big area of the terrace offers a lot of space and it sure will be much fun to have a water-ball match in the solar heated pool.
If afterwards you are hungry enough, use the gas grill for a barbecue. Or you just enjoy the Florida sun in the comfortable deck chairs.
From the living room and the tow master bedrooms you will come directly to the terrace and from these rooms you also have a great view. The house has 3 bathrooms and one of it has a tube, all of them have a shower.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there a phone at your disposal, as well as a WLAN conection

Villa Tuscany was built in 1998 on a tropically planted, 1000 sqm big plot with south exposure.
It lies along one of Cape Coral's canals in the South West and has its own landing stage.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter.
Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°.
A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
