The Villa
This villa leaves nothing to be desired and offers enough living space for six people.
Most of your time will be spent at the beautiful pool area. Enjoy a relaxing sun bath on one of the four deckchairs, and then take a refreshing swim in the heated 14 x 28 foot pool.
Or you might want to make yourself comfortable in the large jacuzzi to unwind. There is a table with six chairs, as well as a gas grill for your use under the shaded roofed area of the deck.
The living space is 1630 sq. ft. and offers three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, stereo system. The dining room is spacious, and there is an office area in the home as well, complete with a desk and chair.

Its furnishings are very tasteful, and the home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all the rooms.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year.
The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
