The vacation rental
A big villa built on a hill with terasses and 3 appartments. Special characteristics are the fabulous sea view, the big pool and the very quite position. Almost on top of the hill (180° sea view), 2 minutes to the next beach/sea. Big terasses and a roofed barbeque area.2 appartments appr. 90qm (-> in each appartment 4 pers.). 1 apparment appr 70qm (-> 1 dubblebed in the bedroom + 2 sleeping accomodations in the livingroom) |

The surrounding area
A quite area with varius leisure amenities. Moraira it self consists of rather small, typicall spanish buildings with a present sense of spanish flair. About 20 minutes away we have Benidorm(which is visited by many tourists, also called the little New York), a bit further we have Alicante and Valencia. There are many different and interesting spanish sights and idyllic spanish cafes perfect for a relaxing-vacation. But the best way to relax is to lie down at one of our terasses with the perfect view.
