The Villa
'Villa River View' was built in 1990 on a 12.500 sq ft plot with a fantastic view of the Caloosahatchee River. The charming, fully air-conditioned house is located in a garden surrounded by tropical plants. It offers about 2100 sq ft of living space and 1250 sq ft in the pool and terrace area.
The furnishing is very unique and sophisticated. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 2100 sq ft of living spaceincludes living and family room design, a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath, plus a utility room, and in addition a 2 car garage.
The master bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a King size bed, flat screen TV, two night tables with light, two seat, a chair and a walk-in closet and is designed with a carpet.
The master bathroom is equipped with a shower, corner bath tub, two sinks a wall to wall mirror and wash basin lighting as well as medicine cabinets.
Special features
In the quay wall a platform has been integrated, which is a further sun terrace.
Depending on the season dolphins and manatees can be observed.
A boatdock is there and a boat can be rented.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well.
Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
