The Holiday Apartment
Three-bedroomed apartment (90 sqm) for 6 people: Composed of large living room with sofa bed, kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, porch and garden with outdoor table.
Our apartment is located in the old country house, which were skilfully and lovingly renovated at the beginning of the 1990s respecting the ancient style.

Location and surroundings
San Ottaviano is located on the border between the provinces of Grosseto, Livorno and Pisa, the enchanting nature of the Maremma.
The nearest village (10 km) is called Suvereto - a lovely medieval town with many restaurants and various shopping opportunities.
Massa Marittima, with its famous old town is 35 km.
The ferries to the island of Elba, from the port of Piombino (30 km).
Here along the Mediterranean coast, you can find beautiful beaches such as, for example, in San Vincenzo, in the Gulf of Baratti, or Follonica, each half an hour away by car.

Arrival
- Take the SS1 "Via Aurelia" highway from Pisa/Livorno towards Grosseto/Rome and then exit at Venturina
- From Venturina take the road for Suvereto going towards Monterotondo M.mo
- about 7km after Suvereto (always driving towards Monterotondo M.mo), at the junction take the road to the left (where there is a sign indicating Az. San Ottaviano)
- after the wooden bridge, proceed on the asphalt road for about 4 km.
