The Holiday House

This lovely accommodation is a spacious 3 bed, 2 storey Town House with a roof terrace. The Ground Floor terrace is facing one of the Marina Canals.
The Ground Floor consists of an entrance/porch area, a toilet and a brand new kitchen with all modern amenities, such as dish washer, oven and espresso machine.

There is a large bar counter between the kitchen and the Dining/Living area. Stairs leads to the First Floor with 3 Double bedrooms, one with a balcony, and a bathroom with toilet.

From the First Floor, stairs leads to the Roof Terrace which is partly roofed. From here you have views over the roof tops, towards the mountains and parts of the marina.

Location and surroundings

Isla Cartago is a private urbanization - a cul de sac surrounded by the canals - in the Empuriabrava Marina. Typical Spanish village with fishermen's houses with moorings in the canal and street full of flowers. An idyllic spot.

Empuriabrava Town Center is within 5 mins walk, with supermarket, shops and 20+ cafes and restaurants. The Marina and the beach is another 5 mins walk away from the Town Center. 10km to Roses, 15km to Figueres and about 20 km to the Pyrenees
