The Villa
The house is located in a 2000 m² property near to the river. It has been built in1975 & renovated & extended refurbished in 2005. The house has ample terraces and outside a 200 m² area, as well as a heated outdoor pool.
Inside, with 450 m² the house offers 3 living rooms with sitting furniture, billiard room with bar, a large dining area, a typical American kitchen, a playing room as well as 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, with enough place up to 10 persons.
The house has telephone and free wireless –High Speed Internet access- available for your laptop.
The large dock will offer you the possibility of sun bathing or to enjoy the wonderful Florida’s sunsets, as well as to rent a boat or maybe you prefer to do it by yourself.
