The Villa
This beautiful, solid built villa was finished in 2002 and faces on a 1.000 sqm off water plot. Its furnishing is very tasteful and the house is of course fully air-conditioned plus fans in all rooms.
The villa really leaves nothing to be desired and it offers enough space for six persons. It offers:
170 sqm living space, air-conditioned, 130 sqm pool area and terrace, electrical-heated pool and whirlpool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big livingroom and a diningroom.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year.
The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
