Location and surroundings
The apartment is situated in Westarpstraße 3, 10779 Berlin, in a very calm and green side road close to Bayerischer Platz. Parking around the flat is no problem. There are numerous shopping possibilities just a few minutes away, e.g. supermarkets, pharmacy etc. The Bayerischer Platz also offers a lot of cafés and restaurants.
Bayerischer Platz is part of a nice neighbourhood in Berlin-Schoeneberg, about 20 minutes on foot south of famous KaDeWe. The surrounding is calm and nice. The Volkspark Wilmersdorf is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the flat, there you can easily relax on from a long day of visiting Berlin.

Arrival
The connections with the public transportation system are very good. The next underground station "Bayerischer Platz" is less than 100m from the flat, there you can hop on to U7 and U4. The Bus M46 is 5 minutes from the flat and carries you to KaDeWe, Kurfuerstendamm or Zoologischer Garten within a few minutes.
Both Berlin airports are not far from the flat: You need about 30 minutes from Tegel airport and about 45 minutes from Schoenefeld airport. The main train station is about 25 minutes from the flat.
