The Villa
The fully air-conditioned 'Villa Angelina' was finished in February 2004 on a 1000 sqm off-water property in a superb southern location in one of the most preferred and absolutely tranquil residential areas in Cape Coral -the 'Rose garden'.
Villa Angelina has about 220 sqm of living and usable space with a roofed patio and a 120 sqm large pool area with an 8 x 4 electrically heated pool.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, another room has 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms - one with a whirlpool, an office, additional room with a TV for reading and relaxing, living room with integrated dining room and open kitchen for 2-6 people.
Special features
The new marina 'Tarpon Point' at Glover Bight is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and fishers; it is only a two minute drive away.
Here you can rent boats for a day and are a few minutes from the Gulf of Mexico or you can take an excursion to the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

Cape Coral, found by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, can safely be called a paradise. The climate is not only extremely comfortable in the winter; also - and especially - during the summer, you can feel comfortable.
Florida has an average of 330 days of sun per year. The day temperatures during the winter hardly ever fall under 20 - 23° C. During midsummer, the thermometer can reach anywhere between 28 and 35° C.
However, at this time a soft breeze from the Gulf of Mexico comes in. In front of Cape Coral, next to hundreds of habited and uninhabited islands, you can find the subtropic dream islands Sanibel and Captiva Island with their wonderful, white, partially empty beaches. You can get to these islands with a car in a short amount of time.
