The Villa
The Villa was finished in 2009 on a 10000 sq ft property, next to the yacht club area, within a large tropical garden with beautiful trees, it is situated on a canal in a lovely, peaceful residential area.
The pool and dock lights set the stage for relaxing, romantic evenings outside. The modern house décor is bright and cheerful and within minutes you will feel completely at home.
The villa also offers a reading and relaxes corner and dining area, four cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the Master Bedroom there is a king-sized bed with pillows & bed-linens for your sleeping comfort.
Special features
The Caloosahatchee river is just a short ride away on the spacious Rinker motorboat Monterey 298 SC.

Cape Coral, found by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, can safely be called a paradise. The climate is not only extremely comfortable in the winter; also - and especially - during the summer, you can feel comfortable.

However, at this time a soft breeze from the Gulf of Mexico comes in. In front of Cape Coral, next to hundreds of habited and uninhabited islands, you can find the subtropic dream islands Sanibel and Captiva Island with their wonderful, white, partially empty beaches. You can get to these islands with a car in a short amount of time.
