It only takes a short stroll of 5 minutes to reach the attractive centre and the sandy beach from our holiday apartment.
It stands out thanks to the especially quiet location in a blind alley.
The property has a size of 1,000 sqm with a parking space and 400 sqm of garden with terraces, a lawn, garden furniture, playground and a garage for bicycles.
The vacation apartment is practical and thought-out with modern and high-quality furnishings, so they provide a tasteful ambience.
We offer 5 holiday flats between 20 and 85 sqm for 1 person (1.5 rooms) up to 6 people (4 rooms). Our vacation rentals are therefore perfect for everyone; the young family with children as well as senior citizens.

The North Sea health spa Cuxhaven is located north of Bremen and Hamburg, directly at the North Sea coast. The district Duhnen is, thanks to its well-structured centre, very popular.
The healthy maritime climate, beaches stretching for miles and miles, extensive and unique mud-flats as well as intact, varied landscapes make this region so special. The mud-flats were declared by the UNESCO as a world natural heritage in June 2009.
The bracing climate of the North Sea is perfect for you to relax, to go on a health cure or to experience an active holiday. The natural phenomenon of the tides are worth a trip at every time of the year. The best way to get to know this unique natural spectacle is to make a long tour in the mud-flats (guided tours possible).

Schöner Urlaub trotz des schlechten Wetters

by R. Pietzker from EssenWir suchten eine schöne Wohnung mit unseren zwei Kindern (11 und 6). Wichtig war uns, dass das Objekt vom Eigentümer betreut wird, denn wir hatten bezüglich der Ansprechbarkeit bei Problemen schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. In diesem Haus merkt man bis ins Detail, dass jemand sich persönlich und sehr engagiert auch um die kleinen Sachen kümmert und mitdenkt.
Im letzten Urlaub hatten wir sehr gutes Wetter und haben viel den schönen Garten genutzt.
Dass die Wohnung wunderschön ist, haben wir schon im letzten Jahr bemerkt. Aber wie durchdacht und praktisch sie ist haben wir in vollem Umfang erst in diesem verregneten Urlaub gemerkt, weil wir uns sehr viel mehr in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben....
Für die Kinder sind diverse Spiele vorhanden, Malsachen...und das Größte: für das Kinderzimmer hat Frau Seitz uns einen extra (zweiten) TV angeboten.
Wir haben in diesem Urlaub sehr viel in der Umgebung erkundet und haben beim durcharbeiten der Infomappe in der Wohnung festgestellt, dass es noch sehr viel zu unternehmen gibt und wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter immer einen schönen Urlaub hier haben können. Vorausgesetzt-wir dürfen wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung wohnen!!
