Our biologically built house with 2 apartments is situated in the periphery of Mieming in a beautiful, sunny and quiet residential area. Because of the location of our house in an area with many trees of the surrounding pine forest and away from the traffic we have a very good air quality.
Cozy and rustic Tyrolean style furnished apartments with all comfort for 2 people. One toddler bed can be added. The apartment has a south balcony with look at the mountains. For your car we have a garage or a parking space. Our apartments are honored with the seal of quality "3 Edelweiss".

Location and surroundings
30 km west of Innsbruck at 1000m altitude invite idyllic mountain meadows, fragrant woods, the Mieminger natural lake and a majestic mountain backdrop to a variety of activities.
The Mieminger Plateau is one of the sunniest regions in Austria. Away from mass tourism, you can replenish your energy and vitality to your life.
Only a few meters from our house start a variety of trails (in winter very well cleared!) and moutainbike routes. Wonderful cross-country skiing possibilities and many ski areas are located in a short distance.
Because of he central location of the plateau, many destinations are reachable within a short time: Swarovski, Area47, Therme Langenfeld, Meran, Bozen, Salzburg, ...

by Mr. Waßmuth/Wellhausen from WahlsburgDie Ferienwohnung "Enzian" hat uns sehr gut gefallen, welche, den österreichischen Charme wiedergibt. In den liebevoll eingerichteten Räumen haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt!
Bei der Familie Lederle, sind die Feriengäste in sehr guten Händen! Unsere vollste Zufriedenheit galt auch der netten, herzlichen Begrüßung bis hin zum traurigen Abschied. Die nette, sympathische Art der B. Lederle ist stets für Fragen und Antworten offen, und sie hat jede Menge gute Vorschläge den Tag aktiv zu gestalten!
Es wird sicherlich nicht der letzte Urlaub im Haus "Sonnenschein" gewesen sein, denn das Mieminger Plateau hält noch viele weitere Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten bereit, die in zehn Tagen einfach nicht zu schaffen sind.
