The ultimate in rest and relaxation	The vacation rental Total living area 140 m2, cosy living/dining-room with TV, video and tiled stove. Two floors contain 4 double bedrooms, a separate children’s bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a guest toilet and a living hallway. Bed linen and towels as well as a child’s cot and high chair are included. There is a washing machine available. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. The summerhouse contains a sauna and solarium and a quiet room (extra electricity meter 0.25€/KW). There are two terraces and a large lawn with old trees, all of which provide ideal space for playing or relaxing. There is a games hallway with a table-tennis table available for your use in bad weather. Bike hire can be arranged. The house is situated at the end of a 300 m-long private driveway.
Cruise ships glide silently by	The surrounding area The North Sea-Baltic Canal is one of the most heavily-trafficked waterways in the world, and the Haus Marianne provides you with a front-row seat to watch the majestic cruise ships gliding silently past. It’s an enjoyable experience for young and old alike. You can sit on the terrace and watch the whole world go by. There are a great many opportunities for sporting activities, including swimming, riding and tennis, in the area. The canal and the Dithmarschen area provide a well-mapped network of cycle routes. The Wattenmeer National Park is a unique experience for nature-lovers. There’s plenty to see and do, from the seal station to tidal flat hikes, and from the archaeological centre to the lock gates in Brunbüttel. Or are you more interested in west-coast culinary delights?
	Activities Dithmarschen has an extensive network of paths and routes for riding or cycling. Those who’d prefer to surf in Meldorf Bay will find the conditions ideal! The soft geest landscape has proved to be ideal for the recent creation of a number of near-natural golf-courses.
