The Holiday House
The house is on two levels, with kitchen, dining room two bedrooms and bathroom. Located in a quiet area with public parking within walking distance (20m).
The garden at guests disposal, is equipped with table and benches for outdoor dining. Overlooking the lake, the beach is about 100m away and therefore just a few minutes by walking.
Ideal for families who whant to have a relaxing holidays in a safe and really relaxing area of Lake of Como.

Location and surroundings
Very little village of a few hundred inhabitants situated on the northwest side of Lake of Como. It has one of the longest beaches of the lake and is an ideal destination for lovers of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing.
In the village there are a supermarket, hairdresser, newspaper stand, bar and restaurants. Other services such as supermarkets, specialty shops and health services are just a few minutes drive.
The mountains behind the village are perfect for lovers of nature walks as well as for experienced hikers.

Arrival
By car coming from north Europa: Drive trough switzerland till Lugano. In Lugano take direction St. Moritz passing trough the bord of Gandria and drive on till you'll be in Menaggio. Menaggio is the first village you'll find when you'll be on Lake of Como.
From Menaggio take direction North and drive for other 10Km till you'll be in Pianello del Lario.
By car coming from South: Drive till Como passing trough Milan. In Como take direction North of Lake of Como passing trough Argegno and Menaggio (Ovest Side of the Lake). From Menaggio drive for other 10Km in the same direction till you'll be in Pianello del Lario.
