The Holiday Apartment

The holiday house is literally immersed in green and situated at only two miles from the sea.

The apartment is located in the “Greppi Cupi” Farm in the middle of magnificent vineyards producing an excellent red wine, winner of several prestigious international awards.

The apartment is equipped with video entryphone and satellite tv. Fireplaces heat the atmosphere during the long winter evenings and bright light floods through large glass windows during summer days.

Location and surroundings

This charming little town, thrives between sea and countryside, rich in shops, restaurants and very well equipped with all kind of services. Located half-way between Castagneto and its marina, it owes its name to a Middle-Age castle, very close to the village.

Donoratico, a very lively small village with a great number of shops, including handicrafts, is very well-known because of its firms specialized in building racing and pleasure boats.

Since a long time, Donoratico and Marina di Castagneto hold the “Blue Flag” awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) in association with Cobat, to all municipalities and tourist dockings where the sea is the clearest and bluest in our country.
